I am from Pune, i have been getting my dialysis done from Ruby Hall, Wanowrie, Pune from the last two years. Recently I had gone for a holiday to my hometown Dehradun and my dialysis was tied up at SHRU Jolly Grant. I was very apprehensive and extremely nervous to get my dialysis done there because of the new environment and it was the first time I had gone out of Pune. I’d like to share my experience of Nephroplus (SHRU) with you. The staff was extremely sensitive and caring. They ensured I felt secured, comfortable and at ease. They also took care of my blood pressure which has always been a big concern to me. I must say that the technicians who also attended to me were very well trained and empathetic towards my condition. I am greatly impressed by your team at Jolly Grant. After I was told I would need to start dialysis in 2017, I never thought I’d be able to travel to my hometown but this experience has brought me immense joy knowing that I can have my treatment done with such ease and comfort especially because of these lovely people. Therefore I felt the need to express my gratitude and appreciation. A big hug and thank you to all of them.

I have been getting my dialysis sessions from the NephroPlus Ford Hospital, Patna centre, since 2018. The unit is equipped with an advanced setup and is very clean and well-maintained. I have been using NephroPlus’ services since February 2021 in Goa, and I have a machine at my residence. I take three dialysis sessions a week. Your technician Mr. Ajit Patil has been conducting my dialysis sessions since the beginning. He is committed and conscientious in ensuring comfort and attention through each session. I have been doing my dialysis treatment at the Florence Hospital Chanpora, Srinagar clinic, for the last four years. This NephroPlus centre is the best dialysis centre anywhere in Srinagar. I want to thank the NephroPlus team, especially Mr. Haseeb, the Centre Manager, for providing extended support outside the call of duty. When I joined four years back, I was amazed to see the ambience and the quality of service offered by NephroPlus. Despite all the challenges, the team has been providing the same service quality for the last four years.
