Ingredients:
- Milk 1 Cup (150ml)
- Green Gram Dhal 10 g
- Bengal Gram Dhal 10 g
- Red Gram Dhal 10 g
- Cardamom Powder ¼ tsp
- Saffron Strands ¼ tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
Preparation:
- Pressure cook the dhals with the required amount of water.
- When slightly cool, blend the cooked dhal, milk, Cardamom powder and saffron strands.
- Return the mild mixture to flame and cook for a few more minutes. Stir in the sugar and mix the content thoroughly.
- Serve hot or Cool .
