Serving Size – 1 bowl

Ingredients:

  • Milk   1 Cup (150ml)
  • Green Gram Dhal  10 g
  • Bengal Gram Dhal  10 g
  • Red Gram Dhal  10 g
  • Cardamom Powder  ¼ tsp
  • Saffron Strands   ¼ tsp
  • Sugar  2 tsp

Preparation:

  • Pressure cook the dhals with the required amount of water.
  • When slightly cool, blend the cooked dhal, milk, Cardamom powder and saffron strands.
  • Return the mild mixture to flame and cook for a few more minutes. Stir in the sugar and mix the content thoroughly.
  • Serve hot or Cool .
