Ingredients:
- Rice flour I bowl
- Onion, chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies, chopped 2 tbsp
- Hing ¼ tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Oil 5 tbsp
- Portions – 10 in no.
- Serving Size – 2 in no.

Procedure:
- Wash and chop onion and chilies, then grind into smooth paste
- Add gounded paste to rice flour and mix it into a tight dough using enough water.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal portions.
- Grind the garlic. Keep it aside.
- Roll the balls on a butter paper with little oil.
- Heat a flat tawa on medium flame and place the flat puri on it. Cook till you see the change in texture. Turn upside down and brush oil on the cooked side. Cook until golden brown.
