Ingredients:
- 1/4c Pineapple chopped
- 1/4c Rose apple cubed
- 1/2c Ginger ale,
- 1/2c Chilled water
- 4 Scoops Renal protein powder
- 3 tsp sugar/ sugar free
- 1/4c Ice cubes
- Peppercorns 3-4
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder

Procedure:
- Keeping aside ginger ale, combine all the other ingredients in a blender and make a smooth puree.
- Strain and add ½c ginger ale and blend well.
- Serve into 3 portions.
