Ingredients:

1/4c Pineapple chopped

1/4c Rose apple cubed

1/2c Ginger ale,

1/2c Chilled water

4 Scoops Renal protein powder

3 tsp sugar/ sugar free

1/4c Ice cubes

Peppercorns 3-4

¼ tsp Cinnamon powder

 Preparation:

1.Keeping aside ginger ale, combine all the other ingredients in a blender and make a smooth puree.

2. Strain and add ½c ginger ale and blend well.

3. Serve into 3 portions.

Useful Tip: Use diet ginger ale if you are diabetic.
