Homemade super easy Tahini Sauce is creamy and full of flavour.

Portion Size: 1 cup

Serving Size: 1 tbsp


Sesame Seeds (Hulled) 1 cup

Olive Oil (Extra Virgin) ¼ cup

Lemon Juice 2 tbsp

Salt Optional


In a frying pan add sesame seed and roast on low medium heat until slightly browned.

Remove the pan from heat and allow the sesame seeds to cool.

Add them in a blender and blend until they are smooth.

Add olive oil and blend to make a desired consistency. Add lemon juice and mix well.

Tahini can be stored in a glass jar for up to a month in refrigerator.
