Ingredients:
- Sesame Seeds (Hulled) 1 cup
- Olive Oil (Extra Virgin) ¼ cup
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Salt Optional
- Portions – 1 cup
- Serving Size – 1 tbsp

Procedure:
- In a frying pan add sesame seed and roast on low medium heat until slightly browned.
- Remove the pan from heat and allow the sesame seeds to cool.
- Add them in a blender and blend until they are smooth.
- Add olive oil and blend to make a desired consistency. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Tahini can be stored in a glass jar for up to a month in refrigerator.
