Ingredients:
- Pohe, medium thick flakes 1 cup
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
- Hing A pinch
- Curry Leaves 1 sprig
- Green Chili, split 2 in no
- Onion, chopped 1 small
- Oil 2 tsp
- Peanuts 1 tsp (optional)
- Sugar ½ tsp (optional)
- Corriander, chopped 1 tsp (optional)
- Salt 1/8 tsp (As suggested by dietitian)

Procedure:
- Add pohe to a colander and quick rinse them under running water. Drain water completely and keep aside.
- In a kadai, Heat oil and add mustard seeds. Let it splutter.
- Add Hing, split chili, curry leaves and peanuts (optional) and fry for 1 minute.
- Now, Add onion and fry until it turs translucent.
- Add turmeric, salt and sugar. Mix it evenly.
- Now, add soaked pohe. Mix well and cover with a lid and steam it for another 2-3 min.
- Garnish with corriander (optional) and serve hot.
