Ingredients: 1 cup =150 g

Garlic cloves 25 in no

Ginger ½ inch

Red chilies 2-3

Roasted Jeera ½ tsp.

Mango powder ½ tsp.

Tomato – 1 small optional

Oil 1 tsp.

Preparation :

  • Soak red chilies in warm water for 15-20 mins.
  • Drain off water; transfer all the ingredients in a chutney jar except oil.
  • Grind the mixture coarsely.
  • Chutney is ready to serve with hot Bhakri and Rotis.

Note: Use mortar and pestle instead of grinder to make authentic garlic chutney.
