Fruit Gummies
These are homemade vegan fruit snacks, can be made in fun moulds from any low potassium fruit pulp with just three ingredient.

Ingredients:
- Orange /Apple/ Strawberry pulp ½ cup
- 1/4c Capsicum chopped
- Maple Syrup- 1 ½ – 2 tsp
- Water ¾ cup
- Sugar (For coating) Optional
- Portion: 50 pcs
- Serving size: 3-4 in no per day

Procedure:
- Blend the fruit pulp, water, china grass and maple syrup together until smooth. Keep aside for 5 mins.
- In a saucepan, bring the mixture to a simmer. Simmer for 2 minutes whisking constantly.
- Remove from the heat, pour into a shallow container or desired moulds and refrigerate for 1- 2 hours Remove from the moulds.
- Optionally coat with raw sugar just before eating
