Orange /Apple/ Strawberry pulp ½ cup
China Grass Powder- 1 ½ tsp
Maple Syrup- 1 ½ – 2 tsp
Water ¾ cup
Sugar (For coating) Optional

Blend the fruit pulp, water, china grass and maple syrup together until smooth. Keep aside for 5 mins.
In a saucepan, bring the mixture to a simmer. Simmer for 2 minutes whisking constantly. Remove from the heat, pour into a shallow container or desired moulds and refrigerate for 1- 2 hours
Remove from the moulds. Optionally coat with raw sugar just before eating

Note: Maple Syrup is readily available in market. However, if you plan to make it yourself, it is a very easy recipe.
Bring the water, white sugar, and brown sugar to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, and stir in the maple extract; simmer for 3-4 minutes or longer. Maple syrup is ready in 10 mins.
