Ingredients:
- Cucumber medium, peeled, chopped
- Black pepper ¼ tsp.
- Tomatoes, chopped 2 medium
- Green bell pepper, chopped 1⁄2 cup
- Onion, chopped 1 small
- Garlic, minced 1 clove
- Fresh lime juice 2 tbsp.
- Fresh coriander minced 1tbsp
