SERVING SIZE: 1 bowl  

INGREDIENTS:
  • Apple medium size
  • Pineapple 1 cup
  • Whipped cream unsalted ½ cup
PREPARATION:
  1. Wash the apple and cut into the pieces along with skin.
  2. Cut the pineapple into 1” pieces.
  3. Beat heavy whipping cream in a bowl, with an electric hand mixer, on high,  until stiff peaks form. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients with the cream.
  4. Serve chilled.

  Note : Whip cream starts to deflate, and lose its thick, airy texture if kept standing for long. For best taste, add cream and serve immediately.
