- Apple medium size
- Pineapple 1 cup
- Whipped cream unsalted ½ cup

- Wash the apple and cut into the pieces along with skin.
- Cut the pineapple into 1” pieces.
- Beat heavy whipping cream in a bowl, with an electric hand mixer, on high, until stiff peaks form.
Take a bowl and mix all ingredients with the cream.
- Serve chilled.
: Whip cream starts to deflate, and lose its thick, airy texture if kept standing for long. For best taste, add cream and serve immediately.
