Crunchy Cream Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- Apple medium size
- Pineapple 1 cup
- Whipped cream unsalted ½ cup
- Portion size: 2 bowls
- Serving size: 1 bowl

Procedure:
- Wash the apple and cut into the pieces along with skin.
- Cut the pineapple into 1” pieces.
- Beat heavy whipping cream in a bowl, with an electric hand mixer, on high, until stiff peaks form. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients with the cream.
- Serve chilled.
