Note: 1 ice cube is equivalent to 30 ml. You can skip ice in the drink and enjoy extra 30 ml of fluid.

INGREDIENTS:
- Beetroot ½ cup
- Honey 1 ½ tbsp (As per taste)
- Soda water 1 bottle (474 ml)
- Ice cubes 6 pieces
- Lemon rind 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 5 tsp
- Lemon wedges or mint leaves for garnishing (optional)
- Cook beet-root until soft, about 20-25 minutes.
- Drain the water. Keep cooked beet aside.
- Place cooled beets in a food processor and puree until smooth.
- In small bowl, mix honey, lemon juice and lemon rind.
- Then, add the beet puree, mix it well. Divide it into 6 equal
- Fill each glass with ice cube and 1 portion of the beet mixture.
- Pour soda water and garnish each glass with lemon wedges or mint leaves.
- Serve immediately.
